SERVICE DETAILS
Clear before the work begins.
Requests, quotes and confirmation
A draft is private to your account and has not been submitted. “Submit for TGM review” sends a completed request to the TGM review queue and produces a reference and account receipt. The quote identifies the contracting business, scope, operating role, charges, conditions and expiration. Acceptance does not confirm capacity. A shipment quote states the capacity confirmation deadline, conditions and agreed outcome if suitable capacity is unavailable. The server blocks new releases and assignment acceptance outside that window. TGM records the outcome in the account conversation; the portal does not automatically charge or refund money. Brokered loads require an approved carrier assignment and carrier acceptance; TGM-operated work requires a vehicle and driver assignment. Do not arrange pickup until the written assignment is confirmed.
Changes after submission
Use “Request a change” for cargo, pickup or timing changes. This keeps the request reference, records the earlier details, pauses previous quotes and assignments, withdraws the public load and requires new review, quote acceptance and assignment. Old offers and awards are not carried forward. For work already in progress, coordinate with the contact in the written assignment before changing instructions. An account message alone does not change the approved scope.
Recurring deliveries and dispatch support
A recurring proposal is a service framework. Each shipment needs a dated request, quote and capacity confirmation. Dispatch support is a separate carrier-service engagement with an agreed scope, authority to act and fee. Applying to haul TGM freight does not purchase dispatch support, and a dispatch inquiry does not bid on a load.
Shipment scope
Requests cover ordinary dry, non-hazardous business parcels, boxed cargo and palletized goods, with a Hampton Roads home base and Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland focus. Vehicle fit, loading access, timing, insurance and applicable permissions require review. Refrigerated, hazardous, oversize, specialized, household-moving and passenger transportation are outside this initial offer.
Private carrier offers
Released loads contain a reviewed shipment summary. Carrier offers are visible only to the submitting carrier and authorized TGM operators. Carrier approval depends on review of the actual business, authority where applicable, insurance, equipment and agreement. A bid does not reserve freight. Written award acceptance is required before assignment details are available.
Your information and receipts
Sign-in identifies your account. Requests, quotes, carrier applications, offers and approvals are stored for follow-up. TGM operators can review them. Customers can access their own requests; carriers can access their own offers and accepted assignments. Pickup contacts and exact locations are shared with the assigned carrier after written acceptance. Public load summaries exclude customer prices, contacts and exact addresses.
Submission receipts, status updates and request conversations are available in your account. Receipts can be downloaded. Drafts are visible only to their account owner; submitted requests and their conversations are visible to the customer and authorized TGM operators. This version does not send email receipts, take payments or provide live shipment tracking. Do not submit bank details, passwords, sensitive identity documents or shipment documents through free-text fields. File uploads are not enabled; selecting or mentioning a document does not upload it. Use the request-change action for corrections and coordinate cancellations with the operator.
Website access and launch readiness
The website is publicly viewable. Its request and approval records are real saved records; they are not proof of operating authority, equipment availability or a booked shipment. Public website access does not establish service readiness.
Before customer launch, TGM must supply its verified contracting identity, public business email, phone, operating hours, confirmed-shipment support channel, applicable credentials, actual equipment capabilities and photos, service agreements and support procedures. No fleet size, shipment totals, customer testimonials or authority numbers are asserted here.
The separate workflow demonstration uses fictional data and never writes to the connected portal.
